Comprising two striking gabled pavilions, the design balances bold architectural expression with warmth, livability, and a strong commitment to passive design principles. The building follows the site’s natural contours, sitting gently within the landscape while capturing sunlight and framing expansive rural vistas. Externally, the home is defined by a refined palette of materials—warm vertical timber cladding contrasts with dark metal accents and crisp white render, creating a sophisticated yet natural aesthetic. These materials were selected for their durability and ability to weather gracefully, ensuring longevity with minimal maintenance. The deep gable profiles and generous eaves provide shade and visual depth, contributing to thermal comfort throughout the seasons. Internally, the plan is organized into two wings connected by a central link that draws light into the heart of the home.
