About the Role
Design to Live is looking for a skilled designer or draftsperson to join our collaborative studio team. You'll work on a diverse range of projects—from residential homes to commercial developments—creating high-quality documentation and bringing ideas to life with precision and purpose.
What You'll Do
Produce detailed construction documentation using advanced CAD platforms
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and consultants on project delivery
Develop design solutions that balance creativity with buildability
Support council submission processes and coordinate project documentation
Engage in 3D modelling and BIMx walkthroughs for client presentations
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in CAD software (BIMx, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction principles and building codes
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A passion for learning and staying current with industry developments
